The delicious, chocolate flavour comes from pure, organic, wild-crafted cacao which is super rich in antioxidants. It’s sweetened purely with natural, nutritious fruit and low GI, organic, wild crafted coconut sugar.
All ingredients are freeze or refractent dried which is used to evaporate the moisture out of each ingredient and retain up70-90% of the original nutrients. The drying process ratio is around 7 to 1, and this varies from harvest to harvest of the fruit, berry or vegetable – for example it takes up to 7 grams of fresh produce to produce around 1-2 grams of nutrient dense powder.
