How to Order
The easiest way to order, depends on what you are ordering and where you live.
Melbourne customers wishing to only order our Organic Fresh Produce Boxes can do so by email, phone or even text message. See below for details.
For grocery (dry goods) orders, and for those outside Melbourne, the simplest way to order is to use our Shopping Cart.
SHOPPING CART
If you use our shopping cart, your order will come through to us immediately and we’ll get back to you with any queries as soon as we possibly can. Payments from the shopping cart can be made either by Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. If you wish to pay using Visa or Mastercard, select the Paypal opti0n at checkout and in the Paypal screen, there is an option at the lower right of the screen for payment using a credit or debit card – no need to have Paypal. HOW TO ORDER – MAKING IT EASY FOR OUR MEMBERS
Our Members can download our Excel Spreadsheet Price Lists which are also used as Order Forms. These are updated weekly for fresh produce, and monthly in the case of groceries, or as new items are added. (Please note, all product descriptions are in our shopping cart, not on the price list.)
Once filled in, these order forms can be sent to us by email or fax.
EMAIL
You can order by email, attaching your order in spreadsheet form (using our Price List), or simply stating the items you wish to order. Email orders can be paid by any of the methods listed below.
If you have a query about an order before going ahead, or if you need a quote on international shipping, etc, send a detailed email and we will get back to you. Please include a mobile number so we can contact you if needed.

FAX
If you prefer to send your order through by Fax, our number is +613 9504 5550. You can either hand write your order or use our downloadable Members Price List, fill in your order and fax to us. On your fax, please include your name, contact number, email address and fax number. We will get back to you re shipping charges and to arrange payment by any of the methods listed below.
PHONE / TEXT
If you prefer to order by phone or text message, our number is 0423 074 770. (most people using the text message option are just ordering our Fresh Produce boxes!)
MAIL
If you prefer to send your order and payment through by post, you would first need to call or email us for your shipping quote and order total. Payment by mail can be made by Visa, cheque or money order.
