Membership

 

Our Membership program has been set up to enable members to receive a discount on all of our products. This Foodstore is really just like a buying group – our range of products is growing with member requests, and we will add new bulk lines as our members ask for them too.

Melbourne Members pay an annual fee of $60, whilst Memberships outside Melbourne are $45. $10 from each Membership sold is donated directly to the Grow Foundation.  In return, members receive 10% off all products in our range for 12 months as well as access to monthly specials.

Our Members sign up for an Annual Membership, which entitles them to the following:

• a 10% discount off all items on this website
• access to items NOT shown on the website but which can be ordered in, at the discounted Member price
• access to a weekly price list (in Melbourne) which enables them to pick and choose from a wide selection of organic fruit, vegetables, breads and other items.

FRESH PRODUCE - MELBOURNE ONLY
Some of our Members are happy to order our Mini Box or Family Box of seasonal, organic fruit or vegetables, every week or fortnightly for example. Some prefer to pick and choose from our weekly price list, which shows the whole range of produce we have access to each week. Prices and availability of fruit and vegetables change all the time which is why we have to provide a weekly price list.

Whether you choose to order from the list or just our Boxes, fresh produce orders must be in to us by 2pm Sundays for Monday pick up / delivery and by 2pm Wednesdays for pick up / delivery Thursday. Orders can be collected Friday also.
Please note, we only purchase fresh produce items which our members order from us, so if for example no-one orders lemons, we won’t have them in the store! So it is best to place an order as we can’t guarantee what will be left over and made available in the store.

WHOLEFOODS / GROCERIES
We carry a small range of wholefoods and grocery items in the store, with a much wider range available to order. We do this so that products are as fresh as possible when we fill orders. We offer most items with a bulk option, ie 2.5kg bags of rice or oats are a much cheaper way for you to purchase than in smaller quantities. The best way to make use of our service for these products is to use the price list, make up an order and send it back to us to fill within a few days. The overnight service we offer for fruit and vegetables isn’t so easy with the groceries, especially now that we have over 150 members! So, for example, if you place a wholefoods order with us on Sunday with your fresh produce order, we will more than likely be able to fill some of it for Monday, but you may have to wait for some items until our next open day.

MEMBERSHIP NUMBERS
After purchasing your annual Membership, you will receive a unique Membership Number for you to use at our checkout here on the website, or on our order forms.

Using our Fresh Produce or Groceries Price Lists (Order Forms, in Excel format), you can simply add your order value next to each item like this:
