We select products on the basis of their quality and value for money along with other criteria such as the additives they don’t contain.  For your own piece of mind, we’ve listed the additives we avoid when selecting our products – you can read the list here.

We have access to literally thousands of products, so what you see on this site is just the beginning! New products will be added weekly – currently there are over 200 products on the site. NBK PRODUCTS
All items in the Naturally Better Kids range are warehoused together with our Foodstore items. Because many of these are books and paper products and are therefore big, heavy items, it makes sense to offer the option to have them shipped together with Foodstore products, to save on shipping costs. For this reason, you will find a selection of items in the category ‘NBK Products’ which refer back to NaturallyBetterKids.com for product details.

ORGANIC FRESH PRODUCE
We have a selection of Organic Fresh Produce boxes available as well as an extensive range of produce available for our Members only. This includes the option for bulk ordering which is a very economical way to shop for organic foods. Click here for details on how this works.

BRANDS
We carry a variety of brands, based on quality, availability and value for money. Some products are more economical for our customers when we buy in bulk and weigh them up into smaller quantities – we call these our ‘weigh ups’.

NATURALLY BETTER FOODS – WEIGH UPS
We buy a variety of Nuts, Grains, Flours and Seeds in bulk and weigh them up into packets of 250g, 500g, 1kg up to 2.5kg. All of these (up to 1kg) are packed in sturdy, BPA-free zip-lock bags, ideal for recycling.
Trying to store food in non-toxic containers can mean throwing away plastics which likely contain BPA…So – rather than go out and spend money on new guaranteed BPA-free plasticware, you can recycle our zip-lock bags and they work a treat! They are also REALLY economical on space. Read more…

THE NUTTERY
The Nuttery is a is a small boutique nut grove specialising in Hazelnuts, and Walnuts. Located in Longwood East (just up the road from where Joseph grew up!), they also have a diverse orchard with a large variety of Olive, Carob, Quince, Medlar, Citrus, Stone Fruit, Apple and Pear trees. All are grown without pesticides, and – although they are not certified organic, they’re the next best thing!
